I watched this video sometimes ago, and I don't think they said anything relate to the racket specs. Mostly they just said anything about checking the racket, like we usually checking each other rackets. They have contract with their sponsor, and Yonex defintely makes custom racket to player as they did with Mogensen's racket, and they also confirmed during a factory visit which one BC member here attended (fq_axis, as I remembered). And another thing, they have multiple chances to check each other rackets behind closed doors, not in front of the camera. So I don't think they will reveal any information regarding the rackets in public. So IMO, we can stop talking about it. It's a fun moment to watch anyway. Sent from my STV100-1 using Tapatalk
Was actually pretty common back then...and he mixed it up well with the crosscourt smash from the same position, which is a fairly uncommon shot as few can get that angle (not as quick to move/not the same technical ability)...one of my favorite shots by LD was the one where he played two trick shots in one rally against Kenneth Jonassen and left him absolutely stranded with the second.....AE 2006 I think
One of my favorite LD shots - out of many - is his deceptive long-line lift from his forehand side. Delaying, sometimes even completely deceiving his opponent. Rarely have I seen a slow motion replay of this shot. I'm not entirely sure what exactly it is... Topspin lift with a forehand? Double action or a simple hold and flick? Whatever it is, it's jolly effective, delaying opponents like Peter Gate, LCW, Wang Zhengming, Chen Long and leaving the likes of Tien Minh Nguyen or LDK completely stranded.
