I doubt it. It's Eid Mubarak for Ahsan, and he won't just come to Taipei to just give free walkover to the compatriot.
welldone CTC, no matter what are the reasons diff ppl claim LD for his loss, it's a big boost to CTC and badminton world in Taipei.
The WS match is closer than what the score indicated, imo. Tai TY is as impatient as ever, tried too many fanciful shots in attempting to be deceptive and keep the opponent guessing but ended up making a number of errors; I guess that's her natural style, difficult to change, but when she gets it right, she is hard to beat.
btw the match of the Women's Volleyball #2015WGP (#2015WorldGrandPrix) between the two undefeated teams, CHN & USA just kicks off
i know i know neither match was easy, the outcome could go reversely... and the simple line "they don't break the eggs..." didn't do the ladies the justice, it is just to amuse some diehards here
LXR is playing better and better as the tournament progresses. In R1 with Busanan, she somewhat overreached herself in trying to be fast and furious in her attacking game. But once she settled down and began to find her rhythm from R2 onward, she is in her element as evident in her QF match with Nozomi Okuhara. Tomorrow LXR faces her compatriot, the resurgent WYH, I think we can look forward to a treat.
Finally it's over. In the 2nd game, NW scored half of the points of what he got in the 1st game. 18-21; 9-21.
Ah yes, you mean the H2H shutout, now extended to 10-0, as neither ladies, Intanon R or Tai TY, could break their duck. But Sung JH managed to break hers with LXR the last time they met.
Yes Justin, Sung succeeded in BCA INA Open... watching WGP @HK now videostream just has lowres...still looking around for a working cctv5plus for it goes live the match
Good to see Chen Long getting smarter now, he didn't allow Wei Nan to impose his game on him for too long, that is using the tactical setup of tight net shot to force CL to lift and then smash a winner against him. What's more, Chen Long is alert to WN's x-net return as well.
I enjoy watching volleyball too. I'm sure you're aware that USA women's volleyball was once trained by China's Lan Ping and they started to beat CHN, even winning the world championship. Now that Lan Ping has returned to coaching CHN, let's see how she fares against the US.
