The easier way for Denmark to win is to win XD, MD and WS. If XD goes to to China, then very uphill task

Why split DEN MD? Are they trying to do what MAS MD (ah how + ah boon) did for an upset? hehe... :)

I recall that seeded #1 is CHN; #2 is INA then #3-4 are DEN & KOR :)

Denmark's top doubles pair of CM/MB look suspect as they have lost in all the matches they have played so far in the Sudirman Cup tournament. They lost to JJS/LYD 23-25, 21-16, 14-21, LSM/FCM 20-22, 23-21 18-21 and AYC/MA 21-23, 17-21. Will they be entered for this evening's final against China?
Tine Baun and PHG have also not lost in their matches and they are getting better and better. The same has to be said for LD but not for WSX and WX and CY/FHF.
Simon Santoso didn't shine and his best performances so far this year has been reaching the semi-finals of the Malaysia and Korea Opens.

If not for denmark's md poor performance

it could be a close win or loss.

Otherwise it could be an early 3-1 Or even 3-0 win by china

Official line-up & order of play:
    1. XD: Xu Chen/Ma Jin vs Joachim Fischer Nielsen/Christinna Pedersen (55-45)
    2. MS: Lin Dan vs Peter Gade (70-30)
    3. MD: Cai Yun/Fu Haifeng vs Carsten Mogensen/Jonas Rasmussen (60-40)
    4. WS: Wang Xin vs Tine Baun (60-40)
    5. WD: Yu Yang/Wang Xiaoli vs Christinna Pedersen/Kamilla Rytter Juhl (100 - 0)

If CHN wins the XD, they may win with 3-0...
