All BWF has to do is move the CHN SS to USA. Get Li Ning to sponsor it. It s in CHN s interest. You see, if badminton is out of Olympics, CHN potentially would be short by 3 golds in the medal tally. That s a high price to pay compared to sponsoring an SS in USA instead of in CHN. CHN still retains the PSS anyway.

They have played together for many years in their former club Kastrup. Now they play in two different clubs.

Yeah, it s even better than that! Pay for USA , get CHN for free because of televised and online coverage.

Badminton sponsorship is a low cost but high value ( in Warren Buffett s lingo ) vehicle for any global brand. The sponsor only pays for the local tournament but gets the rest of the world exposure for free! OSIM s key market is actually CHN. But by globally sponsoring the PSS and SS, OSIM actually reaches the CHN market ( and the rest of the world ) every month at a bargain price!

This had been done and honestly there is agreement between BWF and China to have 2 SS...I did question it and the answer were given because in the past China did have 2 then I argued Bitburger Open under Luxemburg but play in Germany as well as German Open..since Paisan took over and he allowed 2nd tournament...also there is another reason when Swiss lost SS and Premier went to INA, CHN, Kor and AE then European asking DEN being a Premier SS..thats a compromise as far as I know...

Also when all members voted India SS or Swiss SS, all Asia members supported India and all European members for Swiss..thats much info I could say....

BWF is trying to promote badminton in africa as well as south america/central america,,,...

All I can say that most of the countries had upped their game so the gap is not too far now...we have Brice Leverdez culd beat few asian players now, Pablo, Carolina from Spain could win few tourneys....I think this is good and I would like to see badminton, not dominated so much by Asians in order to grow badminton ....
