I went to the event and captured some pics and videos too. Please view on my blog: http://www.hot-screensaver.com/2007/08/21/world-badminton-championships-2007-final/ Sorry yah, mine is a lousy compact camera, so quality not that good.
well a soft toy that is cute like the ratatouille rat might be ok but what i would really like to see is long snake toy like the ikea type. draped on the shoulders. that would be cool.
yep. flowers will die. soft toys last a little longer. hehehehe. i would prefer soft toy to flowers anyday.
You should be at the gallery where Lin Dan threw his fur toy high up into the air for a lucky tiger catcher! BTW tiger poaching is illegal for there are very few tigers remaining in the wild and lessor in captivity at the zoos. One day our great, great, great grand children may never know how a real tiger looks like!
haha. really? lol. I wanna get it on my own .. if you know what I mean? would wanna win it though. haha!
here is it.. but a bit blur sorry and very small also...solyyyyyy pic1: BCL in court pic2: BCL run so fast to give lin dan a shot...
A near mayhem during the post-game photo-ops and autograph sessions.. (sorry folks for the long delay in posting these up)..Here are some pics i took during the recent WC.... These first few pics tell the whole story of the Finals day......It started out with a long line of people waiting to get their autographs and pics with the XD winners..And turned into nearly a mob, as fans waiting to get the autographs from the MS & WS winners, rushed to the front and nearly "pancaked" both LinDan and Zhulin (check out the line that extend all the way to the back. Those people waiting never got a chance to see the 2 players up close).. The autograph session for LinDan and ZhuLin was so overwhelming that they cut it to only a 10 minutes session..Lucky for those who got an autograph from those players.. Some more pics.. Pics from outside of stadium, food courts, vendors' booths & hallway inside the stadium: The 2 WC t-shirt models that were on sale:
I believe.. ..that one vendor made somekind of custom letterpress-printing for logos/names on t-shirts..He had to use the blowdryer to dry off the ink...
