    Hi Folks,

I am an intermediate player owning a Nanoray 70 DX and was looking to restring it. Can you please advice between ZyMax 66 Fire Power or ZyMax 66 Fire or BG 80 power? Will a stringing tension of 27 lb suffice? I usually play 2-3 times a week with feather birdies.

    Thank you.

Will a nanoray take that tension? They aren't heavily built rackets.
I remember the 66 being a medium-soft string and the 66FirePower being more a medium-hard string or thereabouts...

Just seen the specs, they now take up to 30... So scrub what I said above, my opinion is outdated.

It's not outdated, the 70DX is like a stronger version of nr racquets (like DG). Normal nanorays can't go close to 30 for long.

There aren’t a lot of comparisons between them on the internet. That’s the reason I’m confused and seek advice on this topic.

Zymax I've used on my Z Speed. Didn't like the feel of it at all.
Very bad in my opinion. Other than some good smashes the string is like dead.
For once I wanted the string to snap but it wouldn't even with me slaming it intentionally on to the palm.
    So durability is good?
So won't use it anymore. Lots of rave but it's not for me.
27lbs. Aerosonic great but it won't last. Now on Aerobite. Not bad.
My go to is still BG66 Ultimax.
Mizuno M63 good but durability is poor too. Thin gauge can't have good durability.
