I know some of you are laughing at my "16-combination" remark from earlier, and that's ok :)

I'm just wondering on the effects of a combination of orange and purple grommets. That shouldn't be impossible no?

Yeah, a **** dastardly move from them - when you buy a VT70ETN you are supposed to get the full set of bottom and upper orange grommets - the AC-ET1EX is a purple grommet should you wish to try it, sold seperately.

And here they are offering 2 bottom or 2 lower or whatever.

That's just stupid, I agree, they ruin the fun factor with that move.

    Kindest regards,

It was a lot easier to choose and buy yonex back in the 90's. It was either Carbonex or Muscle Power... or other brand. Today, it'll take vast amount of time doing extensive googling for the review for a very specific racket...before made up your mind but later end up buying different racket. Still, 20~30yrs from today... we'll have rackets made of materials from asgard...

Who has said anything different? They lead the market because of my previous statement, people will buy anything with that logo.

hai, i am beginner player and new to this type of racket (suppose to be heavy head), but i feel this type of racquet is too light and feel like it does not produce extra power compare my cheap Eptif racket (head heavy and very heavy one) and assume it is for control type play rather than hard hitter ones or maybe i dont know what should i feel when i try my v70 etune... or maybe i buy a fake one...

Has anyone tried putting all the combinations on the racket? I love to know what each combo would make the racket?

If 4 of the Orange grommets are added to a 3U racket, what would the weight be? Would it become a 2U?

i already used all orange grommets and dont feel the weight different, but when u swing it.. you will feel the different in speed... it become much faster when you dont used any grommets ( i compared it when unstrung racket with strung racket with orange grommets), maybe the extra weight help with the swing rather than put resistance to the racket movement.. you only feel the resistance when you start to swing it and try to stop the movement... but it still very2 fast racket to switch direction when you used continues movement for example from defense to attacking or att-def... it just dont have enough power for smash... (or maybe i dont feel the solid touch when i try to smash or forehand clear).. however this only my opinion and i only a beginner player who like power play.... and i think it is for defensive player who like control n also some power play without using extra energy to smash.. but that just me....

Nope - wrong for two reasons:)

Andy Ellis had one last night at the NBL, and I could swear Inthanon was using it in Denmark.
