    Zulfadli Zulkifli is confident with his performance recently and refused BAM's offering to join BAM again, even LCW suggested him to have a better training in BAM and he ignore it still.
    Now with that straight set loss from INA junior he should really start to think again for the sake of his future carrier.

    ROUND OF 16 (09.00am local time, 4 courts) => https://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/matches.aspx?id=82A632B2-DEC3-4E2E-83C2-ED22BAB3646D

    MS top two seeds, Sugiarto and Lee HY also home favourite as well Nguyen TM still continue their journey here. INA #1 Sugiarto will be challenged by his junior teammate Prasetyo while the veterans Lee HI will up against 2013 world junior silver medalist Wang TW. INA youngsters have mixed fortune here, Ginting, Pangisthu, Mahbub stunned Zulkiffli, Praneeth and Derek Wong ZL respectively whilst Christie, Kholik and Maulana were sent packing at early rounds. Two quarterfinal tickets have secured by INA MS and IND also guaranteed 1 slot through Jaiswal v Verma.
    Match highlights : Lee DK (KOR) v Yunus (INA), Chong WF (MAS) v Nguyen TM (VIE)

    Strong contender, Busanan will face INA promising WS Fitriani. Another Thai player Porntip and Jindapon get Tee JY and TPE teen Lee CH for last eight berths. Both INA Ramadhini and THA Pornpawee gain free R/16 slots due to their opponent walkovers. Current NZL GP Gold winner Saena Kawakami stretched to the limit to eliminate TPS Hsu YC yesterday. Korean hopeful, 4th seed Kim Hyo Min surprised by Singaporean Liang Xiaoyu.
    Match highlights : Tee JY (MAS) v Buranaprasertsuk (THA), Chochuwong (THA) v Ramadhini (INA)

    In doubles disciplines, all favourites are predicted to through into next round. INA XD has assured 1 QF spot as Kido/Bernadeth meet their juniors Alexander/Oktaviani, one intriguing clash in this category as second seed Jordan/Susanto will take on former world #3 Chan PS/Goh LY.

    Today's big upset is created by Thai qualifier Issara/Amitrapai who shocked top-seed Widianto/Dili, 21-17 / 21-17. It's still inconsistency problem for INA #2 pair who didn't perform well lately.

    Savitri Amittrapai was a top 10 WD player, but they should have not lost in straight set, Dili Puspita is the one that has to train harder, she is the weak part of this couple.

    The thing is Widianto does not have a tjundering hard fast smash and he plays simlar style like Danny from SIN. I think they are missing the chemistry already.

    Tommy Sugiarto once again will take on his compatriot on his way to chase semifinal spot, this time is Alamsyah Yunus who disposed the off-form Korean player Lee DK in straight-sets.

    Another setback and upset, recent SEA Games gold medalist Anscelly/Soong SC lost to the unheralded TPE WD Chen Hsiao Huan/Huang Mei Ching, 15-21 / 13-21.

    Couldn't agree more. I don't think that Richi is the weakest link, i watched ricky quite often outmaneuvered from the opponent. He is fast but not sharp enough

    That is the sad story of the day and it will continue again. Another great seeded no 1 XD just lost to a lower ranked Thailand XD. I just couldn't believe it when I look at the result. I told myself oh my god not another big upset again. I have enough of big upset but this match of the XD really is the biggest upset ever created in this tournament. Indonesia is sk famous for their XD and unexpectedly their XD players lose just like that. I felt sad. :(.

    Then comes another match of Lee Dong Keun who lost today in straight sets to a lower ranked and unranked Indonesia junior players. I felt so sad. My heart was totally crushed today. Sad to say Lee Hyun Il gave up his sport in the WC for Lee Dong Keun to play. Then Lee Dong Keun lost at the first round. Today he even lose to a junior unranked player. What is happening? As usual he lost again in the second round. I felt so sad.:crying:

    Alamsyah Yunus is not a junior player. He has been in the circuit as non-PBSI player mostly playing in local DJARUM circuit, league, lower ranked GP. He is 29 yrs old already.

    Tough fight between pangisthu and Anthony. Pangisthu won the first set, Anthony won the second set, now third set Anthony leading 6-3. Very close score tough fight.
