VIE GP runner-up Prannoy played marathon games to overcome local shuttler Pangisthu, 21-17 / 25-27 and 21-18. The Indian showed his fighting spirit in decider when he trailed behind before he crawled back and sealed the match.

Darren Liew beat Rumbaka 22-20, 21-14, Surprised! But maybe not surprising because both Darren and Rumbaka have been consistently blowing Hot and Cold form.

Indeed, really fluctuated performance. Another seeded players tumbled yesterday were Kuncoro (2nd), Derek Wong (3rd), Pawar (4th) and Tedjono (8th). Host INA are represented by four youngsters at QF round, Riyanto Subagja, Ivanudin, Mahbub, Kholik, who will advance to last four?

Wow! Big casualties in MS. All the top seeds were destroyed before the QF. Seeds #1, 2, 3 & 4 were all eliminated.

    Bye bye to:

    1. Dion
    2. Sony *
    3. Derek &
    4. Anand *

    * Beaten by unseeded players while the remaining two by lower ranked rivals.

The most interesting discipline to follow in this tourney with unpredictable result ;)

Well, as predicted local shuttlers will score big winning here, ensure 2 titles so far, WS and XD. Only 1 home representative remains for MS discipline, Firman Abdul Kholik who will meet former World Junior Champion Zulfadli Zulkiffli.

Good victory. Young prannoy has proved it again. Beating daren with 3 identical scores 21-14,14-21,21-14. Entered finals for the second time in 2 weeks. He need to take the title. Powerhouse indonesia has one representative in semis(MS). Hope he does well .

Firman Abdul Kholik advanced to the Final and he will face H.S. Prannoy [5]. He had to get past Krishna Adi Nugraha to get to the Main Draw, and then beat Jonatan Christie, Tam Chun Hei [10], Andre Kurniawan Tedjono [8], Thomi Azizan Mahbub, and Zulfadli Zulkiffli [11] (the former AJC & WJC champions) to reach the Final. What an impressive feat and he will be INA's main hope for AJC & WJC next year, considering he was born in 1997.

He also just won the Jaya Raya Indonesia Junior IC 2014 2 weeks ago. Regardless of whether he win or not tomorrow, his junior ranking will shoot up to the top 25 by next week!

H.S.Prannoy will meet indonesian player in the finals. He is the only player from other country. All other places were filled up by the host country. Let's see whether he will be able to stop the host country to have a clean sweep.
