It was wrong. Just like CHN vs JPN pair last year at China Open.

Kevin/Marcus entered their 8th SS/SSP final this year (5 Gold, 2 Silver) wow.. Remind me the domination of WXL/YY in WD few years ago ;)

If it an obvious out, an umpire can overule the line judge but if it is too close, he will has to take the line judge call. I think the umpire was saying no hawkeye for service line and hence they cannot challenge.

I'm always surprised at the amount of unprofessionalism at the highest level... I don't know how it is in Tennis, but I don't think it's a bad as this.

And people will praise them again.
These unmanned players should get some manner lesson. This is worst than any MD pair. I never see Lee/Yoo, Cai/Fu, Jung/Lee, Ahsan/Hendra, Hendra/Kido do this.

I have no idea why too. Usually should have hawkeye for all including service line.

What you mentioned have always been a traditional kind of mind tactic strategy against opponent in many sports.

You can respect each other after the match, during the match it's war. Anything goes.

Which is kept at a low level of visibility, not like K who jump straight at the net just to do that.
