From history, if Yonex re-instroduce something, they are likely to change the colors of the racket. I just can't imagine if Ti-10 got new colors BTW, Ti-10 is getting harder to get in Taiwan now as it is discontinued. So if you are trying to get TW version of Ti-10, you'll need to look hard. Even if you find one, the price isn't going to be pretty
I understand that YONEX will be releasing the Ti-10 again, but with different colour scheme... Thanks.
Actually Yonex has been doing this ( new color scheme ) for previous rackets. Even AT500 looks much nicer now than the old color. IMO Ti-10 should come out with a new color. The old one look more conservative.
Some of the new colour schemes are not so nice. Eg: the classic Cab 10 (i.e. not the Cab 10 Tour, not the Cab 10 MS), from Maroon to some odd blue/white combination. Actually, I wonder, why are they still producing Cab 10s and why do they even have the time to change the colour of such an obscure model
Its Sunrise Spore that requested Yonex Japan to make for them. For example the Armortec Limited Edition.
yap pretty much the most expensive racket around besides the RSL one with real Diamonds on it I would actually want to see a reborn Cab 8 classic with the alum frame and T join Seen so many ppl looking for a TRAINING racket and end up swinging a squash one. If you were playing when cab 8 was the king You shouldn't have any problem making power outta today's racket. I remeber cab 8 was actually consider amazingly light back then. Plus the good thing is u can actually play a game with it instead of mindlessly swinging a squash racket in the air.
Cab 8 classic is still in production with the classic coloured external t-joint. Quite a few 'old folks' I play with are still using it, and some can smash really hard with it.
I dun think u would like the re-introduction of ti-10. A new paint job, a new cone shape and new grip will might set u back extra $100. LOL
Not in the NA, but there's a pretty good site of course if you can read Chinese they sell 100% geniune products... they have Ti 10 CP, SP, CH (2,3,4U) and many more rackets... even the MP 100!!! http://www.bbesports.com/index.htm
Damn that thing is still around? niceeeeeee.. i gotta get my hands on those.. so if any crash accidient happen to my AT, i can have my royal revenge that don't look too Obvious
We can find re-born Cab 8 (only blue and red available) easily in Hong Kong, if you need help, just let me know.
The Ti-10 is still produced for the Asian market in secret. If you look at yonex.co.jp under old rackets, Ti-10 was discontinued back in 2002/3. Yonex would like you to think that new tech rackets are better than Ti-10. But in many players' hands, including mine, Ti-10 is better than new tech rackets. This gives Yonex a dilemma. So Yonex' solution appears to be that of sweeping the Ti-10 under the carpet, and the less people know about the it the better. One of the major reason why people buy new rackets is for more power, and Ti-10 can offer tremendous amount of it. The owner of a Ti-10 would have one less reason to buy new rackets, and thats very bad for Yonex' business and profit margins. At the moment Ti-10 gives me too much power. I rather tame this power than go try the NS9k or any other Yonex racket.
Ti-10 new colour scheme is out for sale now. I saw it for sale in one of the shop(Ranking) yesterday. I can't really recall the colour scheme for the racket
