I thought the 9900 was the best in the NS series?

I don't like the colours of the NR800. You're right, the NR750 seem simpler and I'm a big believer that less is more. After thinking about it for the last couple of hours, the NR750's design is growing on me. lol!

Not me, I love the colour of the NR800 but it just not the racket for me

It might be spec wise, but for me, it was too head light and stiff. Difficult to generate power and not as forgiving.

I forgot to ask you about this earlier. How do you know this is the successor to the NS7700 and not the NS9900?

I just got notification that the NanoRay 750 is now available for sale in Japan. I'm tempted to get one to try out for myself, but I'm already busy with the Adidas Duoforce and YY ArcSaber FB 5U.

I'm hoping someone will bite the bullet and get it! I think the NR750 is also available in the US now too.

Does anyone here have the latest Yonex 2013 racket chart? I wonder where the NR750 falls in the chart.

I know how you feel. That shop has enjoyed many of my impulse purchases since I started playing.

Performed a simple translation of the Japanese info on this raquet.

I was a little dissapointed to find out that it is generally designed with womens singles players in mind, looking to perform high speed clears to the base line. Apparently this is a current trend in womens singles matches.

(Something about the Nanometric technology, as seen on the FB being used to capitalise on more lightweight whilst still structurally strong carbon. Improving the speed of a high clear by some %)

This is why, although it is being released in 3U and 4U weights, grip sizes are only avaliable in G5 & 6.

Still a nice looking racket but not sure why its perferable to a FB.
