    Agreed. the velcro on the handle has some issues.

    I believe it has been mentioned a few times before that the handles are uneven on the SP version ... (or was it one particular case?)

    The handles are uneven by design, and there's a good reason for that. It keeps the outer handle from falling of when carried using the shoulder without the velcro. I have walked miles with this bag, and i attest to it :)
