Hard to choose between these two outstanding ladies,Tai Tzu Ying and Akane Yamaguchi. Skills-wise, I give TTY a slight edge, as for retrieving ability and overall endurance, I give it to AY
AY gave away an early lead and now she seems to have lost the script even misjudgments creeping in. Repeat of g2 against PVS, just other way round
I'd say meanings are in people, not just words. You've to know the person well to get at his meaning, if not, you've to guess from the context; otherwise, simply ask what he meant. For me, it can and should be a term of endearment and respect, but, apparently, certain person(s) here meant it in a derogatory sense, connoting old age, being old and useless, outliving their usefulness, or overstaying their welcome, as if professional badminton at the highest level is for the under-30s.
