Goh and Tan take it but I would rather have some more desire to win.

I am so disappointed with the Koreans. No title today and such a waste of opportunity. SWH can't beat TS.

What a change of fortune, a match that could've gone either way.

That dumb flick serve from Bodin in the second set at 20-20 made things go tits up for the Thais..... he was on a roll with the low serves and giving good pressure and returns....

But yep, congrats to the Malaysians!

Funny the post match interviewer asks Tan/Goh "What is it like to win as a couple?":D Tan was really confused by that.

So far so good. So many unexpected winners for today. Congratulations to the players below who have played so well to win their finals today.

WD - Ayaka Takahashi / Misaki Matsutomo

    MS - Tanongsak Saensoombonsuk

XD - Joachim Fischer Nielsen / Christinna Pedersen

MD - Goh V Shem / Tan Wee Kiong

WS - My prediction is Akane Yamaguchi to win.

Actually.... it's not unexpected to me. WD was just textbook, MS was Tanongsak's if he manages to break Son's rhythm, XD is experience > age and vigor, and MD is just skill level, IMO. Creativeness will only take you so far if you lack the basics such as defense, which the Thai has lesser of compared to the Malaysians. Oh and the Thais need to do full lifts more. Half ass lifts got them spanked, every time.

So far I'm all correct in my head for my predictions.... WS I would reckon Tai to take it. Either way with China taking nothing, it's a big hit.

Can't imagine how ZYL get through with both your partners in WD and XD having a relationship. CHN should have lesson her sufferings by breaking up the badminton partnership.

WS as the last match. Not that much of a highlight as I don't like AY play. Lets go TTY!

Do we know when the CBA got to know these facts? I don't think such private stuff to come out to soon...

Still it was ridiculous the way CBA handled the Olympic circle in WD with their late decisions... They had so many opportunities and the results are known ;)

Yes just like you I am actually extremely dissappointed about how things are being handled by CBA. I believe that China could have won 5 gold medals in badminton for Olympics 2016 if things are handled in aproper manner. It is just so difficult for me to believe that sucha power house in badminton could not even retain the 5 gold medals record they won in London 2012 Olympics.

I believed that China as the badminton power house really have what it takes to win 5 gold medals in Olympics 2016. What a wasted opportunity. I always wonder why China could not send their best A team players to Olympics 2016.

I sincerely hope that all the mess will be cleared by CBA soon and everything should be back to normal soon.
