Lee CW is still too skillful for the younger players, on top of being more experienced which itself counts for something.

Whoever beats LCW usually wins the title.

CTC very patient and yet positive play while LCW seems passive.

if CTC defeats both LD and LCW and TTY wins against RI at All England, it would be the biggest day in the history of Taiwanese sports ever..

maybe the president of Taiwan will declare independence the next day, at least she will insist on no longer using the name "Chinese Taipei".

For the MS Final, I'd rather have either Lin Dan vs Lee CW or Shi Yuqi vs Chou Tien Chen than one 'old' one vs one young one as it will give the younger man a definite age and physical advantage. In other words, I much prefer to see them match skills on more or less equal terms.

But of course, physically demanding sports is harsh and relentless, the advantage of youth and athleticism is an undeniable part of competition just as experience is what favours the much older player.

    Wow G1 to CTC 21-10.

Many errors from LCW in G1. But never write off the legend. Could be a repeat of the LD comeback in the game against VA ytd?

Taiwan is facing much more serious socioeconomic problems, I don't think they have the mood for that, generally speaking.

Lee CW is fitter and more self-motivated than Lin Dan, he will come back and win this match.

Chou Tien Chen is a supremely fit athlete, together with Chen long, Tommy Sugiarto, Son Wan Ho, Viktor Axelsen.

I'd like to think that if LCW gets through through this match that may give LD the push to make it through his if this is to be LCW's last All England. Some personal motivation/desire for him.
