    hiya im a british born chinese man. dont believe this forum exists. how did i ever manage without it?!

    kwun, a million thanks to u coz im a badminton fanatic and finally theres a means through which like minded ppl can talk abt this god sent sport! ;)

    im 28, been playing for nearly 17 years. division 1 standard, one below national standard. have won various county doubles and singles tournaments even one with lots malaysians in an a british university!

    main strength is my speed and agility, but weakest point is my flickserve.

    How often do you train? Is badminton something you do part-time?

    i used to train abt 10 hours a week now im down to 8 due to work commitments. i play at local competitive level. and urself?

    Lowly social level, I'm afraid. Much as I'd like to train more, work and family life weighs in, and badminton remains "one-of" the things I do. Not the main.
