TTY usually loses in the QF of major events, right?

All World number 1s have failed to get the gold medal in this OG. Will TTY prove to be an exception?

@Sumanth99 @Biglever Well I tried to jinx the CHN players but it didn't work!

Here is another elaborate jinx of CHN players for you:

RI's game leans more to her physicality. If she goes through I don't see her enough to pass CYF because CYF's fitness is on another level. She might have a better chance against.

TTY i'm not seeing the quality in her shots. Soooo no chance against CYF or HBJ.

Sindhu - No idea I couldn't watch the match because work. For jinxing purposes - CYF or HBJ would defeat her.

I'm sad to say but TTY seems controlled by Intanon currently and struggling to find a break through

Ratchanok looks so unusually calm and collected. She has confidence playing TTY. With a different opponent, like CYF, things will be different.

I remember Ratchanok losing in Quarters to Wang Xin in 2012 and Yamaguchi in 2016 from comfortable position. Hope she can do better this time.
