Just an idea - would it make sense to prefill the string, tension and PS fields of a new string job with the values from the previous string job of the same customer and racket? I would say that at least 75% of my clients answer "Give me the same as last time" when I ask the about string and tension.

Haven't had much time to work on the website this week.

I did add the "Fill like last time" button since it was very simple to add. Other stuff coming soon!

The date fields are now editable if you choose so by enabling the option on the Company Profile page.

Great feature and it works well. However, it creates a failure when you want to enter a new string job and save it:
    Unbenannt.JPG

If you put in a valid date delete the "Not completed yet", then everything works fine. Same happens if you open an unfinished job and hit "completed". Should be simple to solve though.

Sorry about that, didn't have much time to test and overlooked that detail.

    It should work fine now.

This suggestion has now been implemented.

I believe that besides improving the display on smaller screens (which will be worked on soon), all suggestions have been added.

If you have any other suggestions, please keep them coming!

Current status is really, really good and I would say that all the basic functions are there. As soon as the useability on mobile devices is improved, I would say that this will be the right time to remove the "Beta". :)

Next bigger block of features could be some statistics with export options or a possibility to customize the input fields that are shown for customers and rackets (e.g. I will never record balance point or swing weight of a racket). The unused fields simply eat a lot of screen space.

Another minor thing: Would it be possible that the sorting of the "Stringjobs listing" can be saved? Reason I'm asking is, that I'm currently adding older string jobs from 2016 to the database so with the standard sorting by "order ID" the old stuff now appears on top of the list. That's why I would like to sort the list by "date completed" by default.

I was thinking about how entering a new string job on a new racket from a new customer could be done more quickly. Current solution is working and in fact also not that much of a hassle, but do you see a chance to handle all three things through the "new string job" form? Basically, I would require a "New customer & racket" in the drop down field or a separate button which then opens at least the basic fields of the customer and racket data (customer name, phone number, racket brand, model and maybe serial no.). Would be very convenient to enter all three things very quickly with one form only. Maybe you have an idea how to implement that.

Additionally, maybe it would also make sense to add a "New racket" button directly in the "Customer listing" overview?

    Will work on the sorting.

As far as the combined page goes, the current system does allow you to create a customer and a racket at the same time, and once you have entered that information, you can click the "New Stringjob" button right away to make a new stringjob. Would that work out ?

Building that page would take some amount of effort and in the end you would be trading some less crucial fields in exchange for one less click overall, the trade off doesn't seem that great to me, but I might not understand what you are looking to achieve. Do you just want a way to enter your current database of stringjobs faster ? I could try making a very crude import tool quickly to make the transition faster.

You're right, that works out well too and is in fact only one click more (and a lot less work for you) than going for an all-in-one input form. So forget that.

That would be brilliant. But right now, I would say that it's not top priority.

Strange, I get an error when I click "add stringjob" on the "stringjob listing" page:
    Unbenannt.JPG
Same goes when I click "add new stringjob" without entering a racket code on the dashboard.
