Another CO finalist lost. Yao Jie(NED) lost woth 10-21 and 10-21 of Yihan Wang(CHN). She was too tired from last week.

it does not seem wise to compete in so many tournaments back-to-back, especially if you did well on the previous one or won it.

if a player wins a tournament I think he should take a little rest and not push it too much. Tennis pros do it all the time.

Well, not that surprising to me. Overall, CH is older than BCL, which means slower recovery.

    Agree.

How come IBF or WBF do a lousy scheduling the events. From last September to October, there were 4 big events. Mean while February did not had any events except for Thomas Cup qualification.

LD, XXF and ZN already play WC2006, JO2006, CO2006 and now World Cup.

ZN play the most matches. She play in WC final and won both JO and CO. Still she win in today matches. Talking about stamina. Probably CH and BCL had to learn a few trick from her. :D

    Interesting result is:

Zhang J/Gao L win 2-1 against Zheng B/ Zhao TT. Is this mean Z Bo back pairing with Zhao TT?

The other suprised results is Polii/Muh lost to Philipine Mix pairs 0-2 . What?

Mean while LD win easy 2-0 against John Moody from NZL.

With CH lost to Eric Pang, his chances to play for Asian Games become a bit small.

One country only can send 2 MS,WS,MD,MD and MXD in individual event. LD is obviously already got pick to play in Asian Games. Who will LYB pick after LD?

Maybe BCL or CJ. CH still got a chance if he can win Denmark Open .

No offense, but I have to say, the MS seems to be more competitive than WS when you look at the gap in between skill levels. ZN hardly meet any serious threat until maybe semi final stages, while the MS could be "do or die" from round 1. Just look at BCL has to battle TH in 1st round in JO.

Yet with BCL lost in JO first round, and CH lost in QF JO, they had lots of time to rest. Mean while ZN or LD didnot had any time to rest cause they win all the time.

So it will be very bad for CH to lost to Eric Pang just because he win CO final in 2 sets.

Did I fail to mention that ZN had to fight against XXF twice in final and she is already over 30?

BCL lost to Chen Yu still understandable cause they are teammates and play each other so many times.

i guess you're right in that sense, it's just that i think that chen yu is a more dangerous opponent than eric pang, no offence to eric though.

which is why i said i'm more surprised with CH's loss.

With CH lost to Eric. His chance to become group winner become very small. Not to mention he had to play TH next. Even if he won, his chances still small cause he lost 2 sets to Eric.

    Agree.

If I had to choose Netherlands MS, I had to say Dicky Palyama is more dangerous player than Eric Pang.

for ur information, LYB already annouced the player list of Asian Game on sunday..LD, BCL & CJ will go to Asian Game...CH can't go even he won the China Open:(

CH feels a little bit disappointed but he understand the team wanna provide chance to CJ for playing in BIG events
