XZB has a heart problem. He might have to undergo a surgery after the National Games. In the china badminton team, CY and XZB are having this kind of problem.

no lah, one of the reasons is some of the players decided to back for training. FYI, National Games is just held after JO 09. :) National Games is much more important than Japan Open. :)

XZB seemed to suffer from the SDS symptom. If I were him,
I'll skip the China national games.

there is no wonder large number of Chinese player withdrawn from Japan open. The national games is the reason. Even those who participate Japan open, want to use it as a warm up exercise for the National Games. If they find they need more rest than exercise, they withdraw from the Japan open.

Both XZB and CY looked unwell. I hope their well-being takes priority over winning.

    I don't think it's a YY and LN decision.
The ones who have withdrawn are either unwell or cannot afford to lose to lesser players in JO. Their unexpected losses in CM would affect their confidence to perform in JO. Can you imagine how CJ's confidence would be shattered further if he were to lose to NTM? Even LD would be in no position to compete in JO. His win over Boonsak wasn't convincing and there's no jia you fans to support him in this solemn tournament called JO.Typical LYB decision.
