i wonder why KKK/TBH changed so much racquets during the semifinal and final of China Open??? In semi, KKK changed more than 3 times...while in final
TBH changed maybe more than 5 times? worst is this happened during the game....what is wrong? racquet no good? string no good? or TBH smash too hard ( but dont think so coz Korean can retrieve so easily)...just wonder...
and how many racquets each players put into their bag???:cool::cool:

..as long as they do it with style lah;)..i recall Ah Koo changing one of his many rackets, in the Semis, and Hasbullah Awang (commentator from RTM1) mentioned something like (translated into English) "It's as if he's already prepared them there to snatch them.."..
maybe string too thin? maybe quality of stringing?

    Yes, sadly...a joker. :(

To be a real champion he has to stop doing all that,....and plays a more steady and well composed game, not all those tricky shot and stunts...;)

LYD, JJS, MK, HS, CY and FHF all these great champios never do that lah...

there're a few times in SF and F when KKK shouted very loud for no reason (is not that he's going to hit the shuttle), the audience laughed, enjoying that...:p It does make KKK looks quite silly...
    sorry, OT.

This might be the answer the thread's question. Rosman Razak mas coach comment after that match.

“The attacking play between these two pairs is the same but the Koreans were more solid in defence and could keep at it longer. I think this made the difference today,” he said in a telephone interview.
“The shuttle was also slow and it was hard to kill. Boon Heong even tried to do something to change to a different racquet midway in both the first and second game but it was the same. I hope they will be able to bounce back in the Super Series Masters Finals in Johor Baru at the end of the month.”

LOL, Limsy, u miss understand again, they said kkk like a joker not when he was changing racquet, but for those fancy movements, cry-out lough during smashes, always fall down retrieving shots.........lots more funny things he does during the match.........

So, please have atlease some common sense before u ask that question...!

Its not the problem with the YY string or whatever. If a racket is being strung to a very high tension, the possibility of the string to snap is very high;) Plus shanghai is a very cold place , the shuttle is very slow so maybe player such as TBH SWINGS the racket until behind and that can cause the string to snap easily too.
Anyway, Pro Players broke their racket string is usual la. My fren over here can break 4 strings in a badminton match:rolleyes:
