    But more and more so in singles, the net play is becoming more important in setting up for weak lifts. So we should be able to discuss singles players too.

    Momota and Intanon I would say have incredibly tight net play, even by doubles standards.

    LCW: for such a top level player, his net play is decidedly lackluster.

    LCW's net play is not upto his standard but I think it's good. SWH took his net play to another level in India,lying on the court he played a better than perfect return against Lin Dan and trapped WZM there all day long.

    When SWH won against CL at Asian games it was solely because of his extraordinary net play. But he cannot reproduce it at every match it seems, not even for a majority
