We know that TakaMatsu, Endo/Watanabe, Astrup/Rasmussen withdrew yesterday. This has made some controversial no matter what are their (or their superior) reasoning? I just want to create the poll to see the response.
Everyone. BWF for making the rules and taking no consequences, teams/clubs who are taking advantage of the rules. Or No one. It's all within the rules. Why would anyone be surprised really. Because they think only certain country would think something like this? It's bound to happen anyway. Clubs/Teams don't just let their players play badminton for sportsmanship or leisure. The players are professional and their employers are business people. They are protecting their assets for their own interest. It's that simple. This wasn't the first and it won't be the last.
Why would they do so though ? I mean they should have informed the BWF and management in advance if they didnt want to participate. Though Im happy just to see and meet Li Xueri and Lee yong Dae one of my all the favs and I love to see her coming back. Im exepcting Li Xueri and Saina Nehwal Final. Thanks for the VIP Passes that I have I get to express my love for Li to her and also take pics with Li and LYD both.
I cant share my personal pics in here..but yes..one thing i can tell u that once the matches are telecast on TV the Semis and Finals then You could know Im there as I will be screaming LEE YONG DAE LEE YONG DAE and LI XUERUI LI XUERUI..so you will know thats my vocie. Well it is clearly BWF's fault.. The players are just exploiting the rules.. No need to be a hypocrite, if you are pitted in the same scenario I bet many will just follow them (including me).
That means the money (prize) in this tournament is not enough that they didnt give their best. S300 shouldnt be even used. It should only be used as part of the best 4 tournaments from S500-S300..

I’m guessing because he didn’t actually meet them face to face. Players don’t normally interact with spectators unless they have a media pass, which he clearly doesn’t have.
And Watched Li Xuerui pasing through to Semis tomorrow and will meet her fellow contrywoman tomorrow. Im hoping and expecting its gonna be Li Xuerui vs Saina Nehwal. Will be so amazing to finally see LX play SN. I'll probably the only one in the arena shouting LX and LYD if today he passes Mb and team in MD.
