When I stand straight and turn right, there is no pain. When I bend over and then turn right, there is a sharp pain in my middle-left back. As if some bone is pricking me. Can anyone identify the paining muscle here or the injury in discussion? i'll look up the fixes online. P.S. I'm a right handed player
