Can we update this thread in a more organized setting? Why don't we categorize on a dry weighting system, i.e. <= 80grams, <=85grams, <=90 grams, <=95grams so that comparisons can be made more objectively. With new and exciting rackets out in the market, this thread would be more interesting. Just my thoughts.

I only play with Yonex and this are what currently in the bag :D ,so here is my rating of the power generated from a smash (3u) +/- 2lbs in tension all strung with BG65

    A900P > NS9900 > NS9000X> Ti10 (yellow) > AT700 > NS8000 > Arc 7 > Arc10

The best racket i ever used is AT 700 old color with BG-65, going to buy either Li ning N70 or N50 to try it out.

Oh yeah... Last year, I reported the baddest smash from my NewPrince. Well, my Powerplay 9990 is giving me those same smashes with a better repeatability once I got the strings right (28lbs). So it's the ZELM Powerplay 9990 for me now.

The Trixon8 looks set to take the throne tomorrow.

Haven't read the full thread, but I bet the RSL X2 Gold has already come up, so I second it - unless you're on for a smash with a ten yard run-up it's a completely useless racket, but by god it hits shuttles back in time if you get it right:D.

Best for me so far is 3U VT80 PG, and 3U Apacs Lethal 60/70, both with BG80.

Someone made a good point about separating it into weight classes above.

For me the hardest smashing racquet I have tried is: Ti10 2U and MP100 3U.

    Don't discount the oldies! :)

However my BSLYD 3U is pretty close too.
