What is the difference between "strong intermediate" and "high intermediate". Context of doubles. For a start, which is better? Or Do they mean the same thing?

I guess there is probably no standardisation, and some differences may be down to a club, but wondering approximately.

    Thanks

    Indeed, there is no standardization.

I'd expect both terms to mean the same thing, but there may be a classification written by somebody on the Internet which has two distinct classes named such.
