Yea, my coach told me something about 10-20% Gatorade and the rest water. I'm gonna try it out .
Try lightly flavoured lime juice with honey
I have 100plus or plain water during my games, but a coke when i am done. Coke is the best reward!

but some times Gatorade Lemon lime + Strawberry
but i perfer vitamin water
I drink Gatorade (fruit punch flavour) during play and fountain water in between games

Not just that .. sometime lin dan also drink water colour like milk .. and sometime he also drink like an orange juice ... What drink is that>?

Does the powdered form of gatorade have the same effects as those sold in bottles?
Powerade for me..
Diluted tea (like 20% tea and 80% water) during and after games.
Normally consumed about 1L to 1.5L of diluted tea depending on the weather.
A small can of V8 vegatables juice during rest time. A second can might be consumed if the total game time is around 3 hours.
Any other players drink V8?

I almost always get cramp in my right calf, it seems to happen less often if I drink Isostar or (this is old school!) tonic water!
Someone said that need to drink a little 100 plus then drink alot of water .. I only drink 100 plus directly .. Whats the different and whats the effect?*Other then money*
I will drink 100 plus but not in cold form.
Is that for real? Has anyone tried this because it sounds pretty interesting, I'd give it a try...
