There are several tournaments that only certain countries can send players too. The Commonwealth Games and this tournament being one of them. What countries qualify for the All Asian Continental Championships?!
I remember reading the newspaper that quotes LCW saying: "My goal this year is to win the 3 tournaments that would be held in KL: Malaysia Open, ABC and the World Championships". So, its in KL?
Not sure! BWF's website still has not got a venue. My guess it's still under negotiation. The Macau tournament got moved from Jan to October at very late notice. Anyone else with more insider information?

Still in Malaysia http://www.badmintonasia.org/event_details.aspx?eventID=67 Asian Badminton Championships Location: Johor, Malaysia Level: 3 Gold Prize Money: US$ 125,000
if LCW wins that, that'll be a consolation cuz not much of top tier players will be there e.g. LD, CJ, BCL as they always opted to skip that one...
Haha..this time i really wanna go coz i live in Johor .I'll think more top player will be there as i heard somewhere, this is last tournament to get point to qualify for WC at KL,correct me if i wrong.
LCW is giving it a skip... however, i think he wil need to reconsider as it is the last tournament before the qualification period ends at the end of april..... we'll see how far he can go....
