No surprise as Hendri/Hendra often pose problems for INA pairs. AG/Joko lost to them in the SEA Games SF last year. Kido/Hendra also have to go to the distance to beat them.

I heard that Tantowi Akhmad/Shendy Puspa Irawati have also progressed to the SF. They will face Hendri Kurniawan Saputra/Yao Lei for a place in the Final tomorrow.

    Newsflash:

Wifqi Windarto/Afiat Yuris Wirawan beat Chan Chong Ming/Chew Choon Eng  They will face Fran Kurniawan/Rendra Wijaya for a place in the Final.

Andre Kurniawan Tedjono and Meiliana Jauhari/Shendy Puspa Irawati have also secured their places in the last 4. Andre should be facing the home favorite Nguyen Tien-Minh, while Mel/Shendy are likely to face the Singaporean pair Frances Liu Fan/Vanessa Neo Yu Yan.

Still no news yet on Pipin.

I am very encouraged by Wifqi/Afiat's progress so far. They should be one of the top INA pair in 2-3 years. They are still 19 this year and have beaten the WJC winner Mak Hee Chun/Teo Kok Siang + this time round Chan Chong Meng/Chew Choon Eng (if the news is confirmed to be right).
