Taking away win, is not the domain of the umpire. An umpire duties are to take charge of the match, introduce the combatants, announce progress of the match and other decisions, and make final announcement of scoreline, including, if player won, retired, or was disqualified (or promoted which is a separate topic).

This hypothetical 'just pee all over the court' action is so flagrant and egregious, including 'contaminating the court' that the umpire's hands will be tied - s/he must take action. The proper decision must be taken according to the facts.

To expand this hypothetical situation, was the match finished?
The law is clear on when the match is finished - it is when the umpire has made the final announcement (Match won by ...).

Has the umpire still on the court? (after match won by announcement)
Yes, then must administer the yellow or red card sanction.

Did the umpire leave the court?
Yes, then report to referee - about court contamination and other player behaviour.

[I can just sense the next question - what if the player pees all over the court when the umpire is making the announcement!

The point is not about when is the match is finished and so on. The point is more about not taking away the win for actions taken after the last point is won. In the Antonsen peeing hypothetical, the actions that I think should take place is he should immediately be removed from the building by security, and later perhaps be banned for life by BWF, fined heavily and face criminal charges. However, the umpire and all other officials should still recognize his win and announce it accordingly.

The issue of tossing memorabilia is a tricky one especially when that memorabilia is branded. The Chinese team got into trouble a few years ago by throwing Li Ning items into the crowd at Yonex funded events, which was treated as 'ambush marketing'
