Wonder if people are going to blame Morten Frost for this...

Remember, Chen Jin was blamed by many for the weak results of CHN's WS squad.

    A summary of today matches.

Overall not a very good performance from Korean side. For MS only Jeon Hyeok Jin made it to the first round after playing in qualifying rounds. Then as form the XD match, Kim Gi Jung/ Shin Seung Chan who had a great run to the quarterfinals last week suddenly lost in the first round. So that means inconsistency here. Plus the lost of Lee Yong Dae / Lee So Hee also proved that Korea is not strong in XD. Lee Yong Dae form of play has been of great concern thus far. To win in tournaments he need to have a good partner who can support him. Unfortunately Lee So Hee is just a mediocre player hence they are not able to win.

The only consolation is that Ko Sung Hyun/ Kim Ha Na won today. Ko Sung Hyun performance has really improved a lot. Hence due to his good skills Korea managed to pass the first round in XD today. If not it would have been a total white wash in today XD match. What a poor result.

The Korean players are expected to do better than this due to the great home crowd support and also the home ground advantage. Unfortunately 2 of their XD still lose in the first round today.

No worries this will not happen at all. The are definitely baseless statements. Besides nobody is blaming morten frost. There is no such news so hope in future baseless statements will not be made to avoid confusion.

Then for Chen Jin he is still coaching China WS till now. No changes although he is blamed for the girls poor performance. Pity as the coach will always get the blame when their players lose.

Haven't seen LCW worse than this....Remember...he was almost defeated by Boonsak Ponsana...then against LD...his head was absolute Down in the 2nd set as if he has already given up to his fate......and this match..the scoreline is very strange for not trying...I think Dato needs to recharge mentally and rediscover some desire and motivation........And I can tell you one thing...LCW IS FED UP OF WINNING SUPERSERIES AND LOSING FINALS WHEN IT MATTERS.......kind of stuck in between the two...

A stunning nick-name for Riichi Takeshita :D This Japanese MS forced Lin Dan into hard battle in TPE GP Gold last year.

All XD seeded pairs sailed through to R/16 and expected second seed Ahmad/Natsir as well tomorrow. Lu/Huang dropped first game before bounce back in next two games against Chan PS/Goh LY. Another Chinese young XD, Liu/Bao edged out home duo Kim GJ/Shin SC who knocked out Xu C/Ma J in Tokyo last week.

ROUND OF 32 order of play (10.00am local time, 5 courts) : http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/s...7C469F-DB5D-401E-938B-2EFF831C4B21&d=20150916

If it was emotionless how did you figured he was depressed ;)
Of course it was a huge shock but then I can't express in words but somehow I had a feeling that KS will not play LCW again.. But then I thought LCW would be exhausted and MZ will crawl and steal the match in the decider by doing what he does the best

Edi/Gloria and Ronald/Melati bowed down and have exited the tournament. Widianto/Dili surprisingly defeated Wang Yilv/Luo Yu in straight set :)
