To anybody who knows about Victor racquets:

Does anyone know if the Victor line of racquets is half-decent in terms of durability and performance? (i.e. are they likely to break and do they have ok power and control?) My friend recommended the racquet to me and they are having a sale at the store, but I didn't want to just go buy something that may not be good. Thanks in advance...

I have tried a Victor racket before and personally, i can honestly say i didn't like it very much. It seemed to not have a sweet spot. But then again the weight was slightly lighter because i am used to heavier rackets eg 2U but the Victor rackets are not for me. see www.badmintonalley.com for some very limited specifics.

I highly recommend you to get a low-end model from Yonex. If you really can't afford it, I would then recommend RSL.
