Yeah I reckon she can afford to play lose in minor tournaments than Major ones after bagging the biggest Tittle of all...Im sure CM is gona compensate for PVS' loss
Oh please.. like Choi had beaten Kevin many times.. lmao. No other pairs lead h2h against minions until now. #FunFact
I dont think this is Minor tournaments. otherwise you wouldnt be here. and thats disrespect to people & organizer hosting it. You cant win means you cant win. Its just an unlucky score, imo. dont mean she's less motivated or stuffs. and she won here before , the year China has 4 finalists and lost all.
But Im sure if you ask anyone they would tell you they would accept having100-2 H2H any day given those two victories are at OG and WC than any other tournaments
I think this is just to gain psychological edge if they meet again (Against LiLiu, HokiKoba, AhsanHendra). The 1st match against HokiKoba is also superclose. To be champion must beat all the new pairs, no choice. Always tougher in (Men) Doubles , cause pairs keep changing around (so much emphasis on tactics & serve) and the pace is so fast unlike Singles, if you are good you are almost good for 10years.
Absolutely. However, I still feel Marin is under rated/ appreciated because of her scream and maybe European dominating a sport where Asians are the powerhouses. I feel she's done immensely well and deserves the respect.
I think if you lose 100 times to a players , your career must be quite messed up . that kind of mentality is the fastest way for failure. Plus the OG isnt really sudden dearh.
Imo nobody expected PVS to win this tourney. She literally had no time to prepare , right after the WC, she had to run around for interviews , felicitation this and that. But giving away 6 consecutive when up at 19 having won g1 comprehensively is rather disappointing The agitation after loosing every point, visible change in body language, could it be like " I can't believe I am loosing after WC"? Maybe that's too much reading into this. Hope she gets time to prepare enough for the European leg.
CM,FukuRota are through Just hoping for Li/Liu to get through too and I think it should be easy but nothin can be certain. #FingersCrossed
Huang Yuxiang gave Chou Tien Chen a scare. Maybe, just maybe HYX is a late bloomer, he is 26 years old now.
Are we going to have another medals discussion here again? Well, by all means do go on until all threads are closed for off topics posts.
