Anyone knows what happened to these 2 matches?
There are still no 'results' yet.

Jimmy, Wan Chia-Hsin and Michael Lahnsteiner won in rubber games and straight-sets respectively. Coincidentally, I follow last game of those two matches ;)

Second seed Ivanov/Sozonov is too powerful for home pair Lo Chun Lok/Jonathan Shee, 21-0 / 21-5. The Russian pair even didn't produce any mistake/unforced error at first game, wow...

So few BCers are following the 2012 US Open GP Gold.

    I wonder why?

Simple reason chris, lack of top names, so many unfamiliar players/pairs :D

I am only interested in following Jenna Gozali/Komala Dewi, Vita Marissa/Mona Santoso and Tony Gunawan/Vita Marissa.

All 3 pairs have progressed to QF. Jenna/Komala are likely to be stopped by the top-seeded Japanese pair tomorrow. Not too bad though 3,850 pts for winning 1 match. They will also compete in the Canada Open GP next week and they should target at least in reaching the Final to make the trips worthwhile.

    A bit of side news:
from what i was told, the INA ladies are staying with a local BCer (also Indonesian). From what i was told, they will be staying here/North America region for abt 2+ more weeks...also was told they will go on a much anticipated & must-not-missed trip to Sin City aka La$ Vega$ before flying back to INA..

She did live here for a while but if not mistaken she went back to INA a while back and hasn't returned since til now.

    A bit more to add:
Was told they enjoyed an evening BBQ partey y'day after their morning/afternoon matches.

    Yup, Tony/Vita & Vita/Mona prevail. Jenna/Komala journey ended here.

Good to see Tony Gunawan/Vita Marissa progressing to the Final. They have a good chance of winning the title tomorrow.

Vita Marissa/Mona Santoso will also be playing in the SF of WD. Let's see if they can also progress to the Final.

Not surprising at all. Even a player as experienced as Lee Jae Jin could also not finish the set yesterday as he and his partner Heo Hoon Hoi held a 20-12 lead in the second-set against Hendra A. Gunawan/Yonathan Suryatama Dasuki at the Victor INA IC 2012 MD SF. AG/Yoke won 9 straight-pts afterwards to overturn the situation.

Tony/Vita prevailed but Vita/Mona lost to Russian pair.
Yup, hopefully Tony/Vita will win title here against Japanese XD Hayakawa/Matsutomo ;)
