Transcendental Meditation , does anyone on BC do TM ? Your experience… were you taught by a Certified TM teacher … I do it rite after practice, I have alott of adrenaline stores up and i feel great plus the academy I practice badminton at is a really peaceful private land with a huge garden thats very peaceful, so rite after my practice is over and im done with cooling down I go to the garden and do my 20 minutes of TM.
