So in case you don't have a trainer yet, you can try Jaime Junio, current national team member. He is an excellent coach!

If you're in Metro Manila, you may consider Coach Martin Araneta (former Philippine Team Coach) and Coach Franz Tiosejo. They both train players in Greenhills Badminton Center ("GBC"). GBC's phone numbers are 724-7298 and 723-4484.

hi , jaime junio is currently coaching players in whackers badminton academy in victoria, laguna. My daugther is there this summer for 70 days in-camp training.

No badminton coaches in Olongapo City? I'm going to take a one month vacation there. As far as I know, there's one sa loob ng bay, pero un lang ang alam ko. reply back po xD

i sometimes play in smashville. There were four Indonesians who regularly played at smashville every Saturday morning. I have no idea if they still do as i haven't been playing much lately. The girl at the counter may be able to give you a lead.

how long are you staying here? PM me if you're still having trouble finding badminton buddies.

I just wanna bump this thread up.

I'm currently looking for a trainer that is quite affordable (my old trainer charges 250 an hour and I pay 250 an hour for the court so that's 500 for one session :crying:).

I live in Pasig/Mandaluyong area (near Edsa Crossing if anyone's familiar). Any recommendations?

Perhaps you guys know someone from Yonex Badminton Center along Shaw Blvd? I live 10 min away from there and if I could find good and affordable training there I'd really appreciate it. Thanks :)

Who's your trainer? 250 an hour is low rate i think. Good trainers charge more. I take it you don't have time during non-peak hours to avail of lower court rate. Bummer!
