Shi Yuqi is just weird lol And that's bad judgement from the umpire giving points to VA Very disappointing 'last point' for both games, was basically kinda robbed
Viktor was too good. Ginting had no chance. He started finding some answers at the end but it was too late. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
LSF will destroy Kanta. MD2 for sure at 100% goes to CHN. 50/50 MD1 but really idk if JPN can win this. If JPN win this one then Nishimoto can clutch the 2-2
What a disappointing match. Retiring at 20-5 (with no visible injury) is really unsportmanlike.. If this was a tennis match, he would have booed out of the stadium. Not an encouraging performance from Momota at all by the way, he looked somehow worse than in his match against LZJ in my opinion,
The way the umpire motivated the fault didn't sound right to me. He clearly said: "your racket went into his court........it doesn't matter, your racket cannot go into his court" This is of course not right, as the racket can follow through over the net. Now did Ginting hit the shuttle on his own side or not, that is what's interesting. It might have still been a fault, I just don't think the explanation from the umpire sounded correct.
Why did they put Hoki with yuta??? Kobayashi is a much better player than hoki. Hoki doesn’t score any points. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah, VA is obviously has the upper hand But happy that Ginting actually managed to find a gameplay that can deal with VA's game
Shi yuqi retired? Any injury? Anybody watched!. Why did he retire at Momota's match point? If he is not injured, then it is not a good sportsmanship. We will know from his interview tomorrow
Park Jo Boong hopes that Watanabe's genius compensate for the complete uselessness of Hoki as a front court player (my guess). Seeing how nervous Kobayashi was yesterday as well, I would say it is a good decision
even if he’s badly injured, as long as he could still stand, he could’ve just received the serve and ended the match peacefully. bad move..
