agreed, would have been better if the started off the match with MD, MS then onwards. 3-0 just like this is such a turn off. But grats to China who prevailed..

Yeah, that was a clever strategic lineup for Team CHN, put their strongest discipline first to start off on a good note.

But since Wang YL and Shin SC were both playing double duty, they had to put up the Mixed Doubles on first or last, with the Singles between the XD and the MD/WD...

Which translates into lack of self-confidence and inner belief. And just like Momota, only he can help himself.

I wonder why there are no Indian or Middle east born Indonesia taking on badminton like in MAS? Indonesia is multicultural country. Indian & Middle east born Indonesian are common now.

Not looking good for MAS who must win this opening match in order to put more pressure on Momota later.

JPN is spoiling any chance of MAS getting the must 1 point. This is going to end like CHN vs KOR sucks

    Kobayashi was epic today!

Might get the much needed 2-0 before the Momota match

    NO!

Also LZJ will want sweet revenge. So it is not won already.

I kinda feel for Kisona. I have been in that situation many a times
