Crazy that last few poinys Fajar Rian truly destroy the Korean pair. No blood left unspilled.

You should have seen our 19yo WD vs Lee/Shin then. Made virtually zero tactical errors in their 21/19 21/19 loss. Your generalisation of our nation may not be entirely fair.

Not sure about that. Antonsen was mentally strong today but he kind of choked vs CTC just a few weeks ago.

The only good thing about Antonsen against Momota is that Antonsen has beaten Momota before in the finals at Indonesia earlier this year. Conversely, Viktor has a mental block against Momota and Viktor tends to have a mental melt down against Momota where Viktor can't get more than 10 points against Momota. I suspect Antonsen won't have a mental meltdown against Momota but that's not to say Antonsen won't choke if the game is tight late in the set.

Well AhsanHendra won the AllEngland. Had FajarRian won that 2 pointer against ChiaSoi, AE will have been theirs anyway.

So its fine if FajarRian that goes to the Final this time round.

The only thing that worries me is if Rian would get nervous again. I'm pretty confident they'll beat either li/liu or hoki/kobayashi in a "normal final", but in the WC final ? I don't know...

They haven’t played each other since HS/MA returned to full form. It’s a very different story without a coach doing analysis and suggesting countermeasures. Experience and mental fortitude will be a bigger factor and we can guess who has that advantage...

I wonder how these guys prepare to face compatriots...do they ask the coaches for tips the night before? Lol

Hmm, in his later tweet. He didn't mean to imply it. But, who knows what was on his mind back then.

I dont think so. They can play that well against Lams/Seidel who beaten EndoYuta. That is simply didnt do to his best ability.

In that sense, im disappointed with ZhangNan. Just go and watch the match.
