Chen Long rallying style to tire out his opponent, Khosit Phetpradab brings him to third round, don't see his tactic will work well against the resilient Kenta Nishimoto next.

Quite agreein with u but in Olympics Bronze matters as there is a fight for this medal but not in WC i guess cause always two plyers get bronze.

But Yeah SILVER and GOLD players r gems which means if u get a silver then u and the opponent are the best in the world that day and its just a matter of luck in the finals but both are the best players.

Like LCW in MS and PVS in WS r two silver golds in my mind currently when it comes to Being the best historic players as opponents..and Indeed will remain in the history books also Peter gades though never won an Olympic medal or a Gold at WC we cant deny he is a historic player too

Though LCW never managed to get Gold in WC or OLympics n PVS got Silver in Olympics and bronze n Silver in WC they do give a hard fight always.

you have to be the best in the world to even reach the finals and that speaks volumes about players.

The World #1 pair Gideon/Sukamuljo pass tough times to start their campaign in thrilling match, defeating home youngsters Han CK/Zhou HD, 18-21 / 21-14 / 21-18.

Have watched a few matches of this Chinese pair. Zhou HD appears to be not very good under pressure, and his skills seem average. Han CK is good but doesn’t seem to have good chemistry with his partner. I wonder if they would find a new partner for Han CK.

What a mental fortitude. Man.. I feel like its 3 against 2 in the stadium lol. That was difficult especially when you are favourite, luckily no more chinese until Final. wow.

safe to say, they are wilted under the pressure. Actually, if they are good, they will have beat minions. I mean, just alittle better. That last point is so anti climactic..

3 against 2? It was the whole stadium against 2 lol

Marcus needs to step up his game seriously. As both commentators had mentioned, he was not moving much.

That's the foreign competitors feeling against INA players when playing in Istora Senayan.

Yeah that looping shot. But its all because of pressure. you dont want to leave shots at 18-19. But then again, when players play against WR1, they seem to make mistakes. simple stuffs were made complicated. Remind me of the shot that Kolding (should have left) at 20-20 in IO when it was way out.

The japs could cause trouble. They have always been a good match for the minions (relatively speaking)

Tricky path but the Minions should nail it considering their credential and capability to win many titles since last year but anything can happen in major event, good luck!

Yeah that leave by Zhou HD was lame. You can tell he WANTS that shuttle to go out. Need killer instinct!
