11-6 for Kirsty. That's a lot of different. HBJ's run about to end soon while Kirsty will have a chance to make history.

Not looking good for HBJ. She looks more tired of the two.

Again, pushed to the back and HBJ is too weak to cover it

Stamina and fitness level has always been a thorn in HBJ's game.

HBJ is too weak to defend smashes well

CHN WS still pathetic. Chen Yufei a big surprise but I think her quest ends tomorrow at IR's hands. Sun Yu will lose to Sindhu. That's it for CHN WS here.

HBJ just can't reduce the gap of five points lead by Kirsty.

    Inoue/Kaneko up 18-17 against Boe/Mog.
One more chance for them to take a set from the Danes.

Playing fast clears to HBJ's backline is the way to beat her

It was a brave play from Saina today. With the way she was playing, I don't think she would have won if the match went to 3 games. She played much more controlled game in the second game. She has started to play attacking shots too much lately and thus have problems against players with good defense.

think HBJ might have been surprised by the new Kirsty, her smash and her follow up is great, makes up for her short stature.

HBJ's smash return is weak and loose once too often and KG is capitalising on it

The only time HBJ anticipated KG's fast clear by driving it across court
