In Quarterfinals! What an upset! India's UBER bronze team winners show the way. They have given India momentum and positive vibes. Can the boys emulate them? ;)

Lin Dan's smashes aren't as lethal as before.

Vittinghus is all lost at sea in the hands of LD!
Gathered only 9 points for all his efforts in G1.

Can he do a better sailor's job in G2?

Maybe he isn't giving his hand a full twist... Wait for CL vs LD or LD vs JOJ

LD realises that big smashes don't win MS anymore - the game has evolved. He's become more clever in his smash placement, and varying the placement and pace.

Actually I'm waiting to see if Lin Dan is capable of sudden injection of pace now and then but so far he's not doing that, maybe finds no need to , not yet at least.

Some misunderstanding led the umpire to think Lin Dan is challenging when the shuttle is called out and point to Lin Dan, and Lin Dan humorously said ok, lets be it, and amazingly it was in and point given to Hans, vow!!!

A rare smash mishit from Lin Dan when he has plenty of time to unleash it.

I don't understand why LD did that. He must have seen the line judge calling it out...
