I stopped breathing for 5 seconds when i see that USD570. Did someone make big $$$ out of this? or is it just fair?

Haha... I think that even the prize money of Sirnas(INA national circuit) is bigger than the IC tourney.. see this pictures as comparison...

    Para-Juara-Sirnas-Semaranga.jpg

winner of Sirnas Semarang few weeks ago.. Winner get Rp.14.400.000(around USD1684) and runner up get Rp.7.200.000.(around USD 842).. total prize money for this Sirnas Semarang is Rp.185 million(around USD 21,637) and total prize money for most IC tourney is only around USD 15,000;) And we have 9 edition of sirnas every year.. so, i think players will prefer to win in Sirnas in term of bigger prize money.. but unfortunately will not get any world ranking points :p

Why Tommy didn't participate on WC? Was it PBSI decision or Tommy didn't register?

Tommy show that he deserved to be in the Thomas Cup squad next year, along with Sony and Simon. His current achievement is clearly better than Hayom.. Well done Tommy! He reach his first ever GP Gold final. All the best in final.

Indeed, congratulations to Tommy Sugiarto for winning his first GPG title and significant achievement in his career so far. He will be ranked in top 20 after his victory today.

Woowww Tommy shown us his show. I did think that he would never be among the top players after his poor performance at Pelatnas, but after he out the camp I changed my mind. I do believe he is the next no 1 Indonesian MS.
Now I will wait him for shine in the SS level. Yes you can TOMMY :) !!!

Don't put hope too high on him like we did on Hayom :D.
Tommy is progressing well, but on next tournament, he will face Lin Dan at R2 (if he pass Hu Yun).
After reaching top 20, it will be much harder for him (especially without coach during tournament)
