Was there ever considered to establish a Time Out in Badminton? In Table Tennis the Time Out was introduced in 1998 and it made the game more interesting (on my humble opinion).

I do not miss a Time Out it in Badminton, though. I just would like to know if the BWF ever discussed a Time Out as they experimented with the score system as well?

I don't know about ever, but I don't recall any mentioning of a time out in the last years, at least not in official communication. Quite to the contrary, current efforts are to shorten the match length.

Personally, I think the intervals are more than enough, and timeouts would be detrimental to the sport. As a spectator, I want to see players play (the pauses in between rallies are to long already for my liking), not taking tactical timeouts in critical phases of a match.
