    how about WANG RONG from China,,, she's Jun jae youn compettitor's when they were juniors...
    now WANG RONG will play @ Thailand open GP this year....
    hope that she will perform superb.. :)

    Looks like we have now Zhengming Wang, a ms player from China.
    He has just beat the rising star KTago in the semis of ABC

    Not so many of these are part of a new generation, though. Li Xuerui(李雪芮) seems to be, though. The spelling may be different when Romanized but it's the same in Chinese. The same goes for Li Tian(李田) and Li Gen(李根) though they have yet to make an impact on the senior and junior stages respectively. I think the Wang point is well made.

    They have the same last names but not related. They still can't compared with Sidek brothers. I wonder it's a world record that so many brothers play in the national team of any sport.

    in Mandarin, 王 = Wang, 黄 = Huang; so they are different...
    in Cantonese, both 王 & 黄 = Wong;
    of course there are other local language like the Fukinese pronunciation usually used in South East Asian Chinese communities that Singaporeans and Malaysians may be more familiar with...

    Is it her Chinese name or is it dubbed by Chinese media? How come Mia Audina can be Zhang Haili?
