I think we should not worry about KS. If Lindan loses in the first round, then what can we say. Anybody in top 20 can beat among themselves.

i am wondering what more is left in wang shixian's and bae's stock for their quarter final duel, wang shixian has already spent more than two hours on court now and bae has also spent close to two hours in her first two matches.

For a professional player, it's nothing. They have been spending more than 8 hours a day in training. So, this 1 hour matches never be considered at all.

he he he upset or not is solely based on (1) seeded position, and (2) world rank. Even the previous H2H is ignored.

I´m looking forward to Xue Song vs Axelsen. In their last meeting (Swiss open this year) VA thrashed XS so it will be interesting to see if XS has learnt something from that defeat.

you have to consider one hour long matches when talking about wang shixian and bae yeon ju as both of them struggle with stamina and fitness when playing long matches day in and day out.

Long matches are generally more of a problem to aging players. Neither WSX, nor BYJ are that old.
