Lee Zijia is ahead of Tanongsak atm
Tanongsak reverses it to go ahead, 9-8
Not bad, LZJ keeping pace with Tannongsak
Lee Zijia pips Tanongsak in G1, 21-18.
Liang Xianoyu didn't make it.
Wow. Great stuff from LZJ in his GPG event.
Chen Yufei is just too good for Shimoda Natsumi.
Btw, Zhao Junpeng hasn't been doing well after beating Chou Tien Chen winning the Macau Open, last month he lost the final to Sun Feixiang at the CHN Int'l Challenge, albeit 11-point scoring system in three straight sets best of five.
Indeed,Lee Zijia is on course to beat Tanongsak, leading 10-5 in G2 with one game in the bag
Oh dear, Chen Yufei now only 1 point ahead, 11-10.
No livestream, sadly.
Well, SN just keeps preassuring CYF. Too soon to say after all.
LZJ getting a lot back, frustrating TS
TS is trying to fight back, only 4 points deficit now.
15-8 to Zii Jia.
First time watching Lee Zii Jia play. He is quite tall and has good reach. I am seeing a CL in him, even some of his unforced errors are like those of CL.
Put the feud with LCW behind you M Frost. Just concentrate on grooming this young Lee into a player like W Choon Han which is exactly what LCW wants. Never mind about producing another LCW, somebody like him emerges only once in 20 years so he wants us to believe.
JPN WS runners are a tough lot, when playing against them you need to be patient, construct the rally a bit more, bide your time to attack but do it sharply and forcefully with speed when the opportunities arise, but most young players aren't experience enough to handle it.
G2, 18-9 now, would you believe it, LZJ
Lee Zii Jia wins it 21-18, 21-12 beating top seed TS. This seta up for WJC Team Event SF rematch, LZJ vs KW.
Chen Yufei, 21-15, 21-11, good job overcoming Natsumi Shimoda
Khosit forces the decider by taking G2 from Tommy, now 14-12 ahead
