As far as I remember, Russia has replaced the US in Grp 1B (with Japan and Chinese Taipei). US is now in Grp 2 (with HKSAR, France and Brazil).

It's confirmed that Group 1B now consists of Japan, Chinese Taipei and Russia.

Meanwhile the tier two Group 2B has Hong Kong, United States, France and Brazil.
