dang, now LD has to come next year to take an USA title too so TH can't brag about he has a title that LD doesn't have:p (LD could still take a AG title next time too)

Will it mean that he will lose in the early rounds of Philippine Open to go to US to play?

    very interesting.

Taufik might not have enough competition here though. which will make the match rather uninteresting.

    otherwise, it is quite tempting.

    ^^Well..^^

..he could simply treat the matches as entertainment/for exhibition.
For one, he could play in all 3 events, MD, XD & MS...With a chance of possibly winning 'em all.....Not bad a prize money, too, compared if he would play in a SS tourney..:p

Dicky Palyama, some DEN players and I heard that KOR will send some of their players since Paisan is new deputy and Kang can ask Korea to send good players...Some ENG players may come also like rajiv and Carl baxter..not word on andrew smith as he is currently training at KLRC..I suspect he may join Thai Open instead....all I can say that this year's line up will be much better than last year....

If Victor is the official equipment for Phillipine then Taufik may not come ...as you know that recently Victor signed the contract with PBA....I heard that Alvent/hendra AG is planning to be there..but it can change....it is sad that everybody plays game....not good for sport....I think yonex should not do that..

In regards to Philippine Open, Taufik will go there on a personal basis and thru invitation of the sponsor ( not Victor ). Taufik loves Manila. ;)

really!? wow, this is something for US open! However, I doubt if he can win, there are so many strong oversea-players/coaches in US now compare to couple years ago.

Are you kidding me? just look at Sudirman Cup, our US MS could not win over weaker team in MS..let alone of dreaming to beat TH......unless you think TH is easy meat....:p
